My last order of lipstick smelled off. The order before contained lipstick in the same color smelled off, stale or spoiled Poison Lippie Stix.. It's one of my favorite colors from that line but I have only had one good one that lasted, didn't smell stale and that I didn't have to throw away. I guess you get what you pay for.

One of the items I've recieved is damaged. Instead of replacing it they gave me a 10 dollar coupon. Well shipping that item to me is 10 dollars. So I'd basically be buying a replacement. I just give the code away. Seems a bit careless, I just spent 300$ of my own hard earned money on this brand and can't even get basic help. Some of the lipsticks and stuff I bought had little pieces of lint on them too. Along with smudged appearance. You know how when you buy new lipstick and open it, it's supposed to look untouched and smooth? Well it wasn't. I was going to overlook that because, it's just appearance right? Not that bad, whatevs. But I mean I can't even get a proper replacement for a completely broken highlighter. So I guess the damaged appearance actually says more about this brand than I thought. Will NOT be buying from them anymore.
