Horrible service, two months and my order didn't arrive and they don't even respond to emails ? such a shame

Terrible customer service. Received incorrect items 2 times and so response after multiple emails. Would have rather got refund but refund not allowed if though they sent me wrong items 2 times

Hello I have not received my package, it has been more than a month since I made my purchase.

I didn’t receive any of my purchase!!!! But the tracking said the delivery is finished!!!

Placed my first ever order with them and was looking forward to it only to be incredibly disappointed when all the liners in the eyeliner vault I ordered for $88 were breaking off, dried-out, waxy and falling out of the tube. I had to go back and forth with their so-called "Customer Service" multiple times only to be refunded the price of ONE PENCIL, which they refunded $7. What about the rest of the set I paid $88 for that I can't use because they're all broken?! Very disappointing experience and their customer service representative that wrote to me seemed rather inconvenienced that he had to offer me a refund for one measly pencil at all. There's much better cosmetics companies out there that have better hygiene practices, eyeshadows that don't contain cheap chunky glitter unsafe for the immediate eye area, and actual reliable customer service. Look elsewhere, because you won't find that here.

Product never came. They would not offer a refund or replace the items.
