It was actually good but I dislike that there’s no shipment of boxes to mexico. Very disappointment but the products I love it and the service was good

I love the products, affordable, definitely have a variation of lines for my style, but I’m disappointed that I received damaged products when I never have before.. the packaging is usually well insulated to avoid that... but it doesn’t look like transport damaged the products i received because none of the other products was like the ONE main product i based an entire purchase around that was completely broken. All I got was a credit that expires if you don’t use it instead of a replacement product. That ruined my loyalty to the brand unfortunately. It would have been 5 stars, but if I’m sent damaged products, I don’t feel like a very valued customer. Sorry colourpop but I may be looking for my make up needs else where now 🤷🏻‍♀️..

I loved the products I asked for. However, it took more than a month to receive them.

Eyeshadows are amazing but the package is very cheap and bad qualoty

I love the products and nothing was damaged when it arrived but shipping took FOREVER. I live in Southern California so typically I get packages in a couple of days because their shipping already close to my house, but it took my package about a week to arrive which has never happened. What really frustrates me though is that my sister ordered a package form colourpop two days after me and received it two days after ordering. Maybe it’s just because I ordered around the holidays but the whole process was very frustrating.

Nice enough makeup but quality sometimes is not there. Packaging is subpar and labeling is off kilter (crooked). Formulas not that great but since it is cheap, I guess you get what you pay for sometimes.

The products I have ordered so far have not applied well like lipsticks and colored mascaras.
