The products are affordable and the quality is great, however NONE of my orders ever process/arrive in a timely fashion, and the customer service is terrible. I've waited nearly a month for a package to arrive when it said it would take a week. Their CS is awful on social media, and takes forever online. just wait until whatever you want is at ulta, ordering from then directly just isnt worth it.

It's really inconvenient that you are not able to change or cancel the order even only after 5 minutes after the payment. Otherwise I really love the brand and what they are doing, but this weird policy is preventing me from ordering more often

The incorrect item was sent to me (to New Zealand) I contacted the team. It was a quick reply and the lady was polite and friendly but I have rated it low as initially I was offered a $7 credit which is useless as I'd have to pay another $10 postage! I was then given a refund. I find it unbelievable that you don't immediately send the correct item I ordered and paid for! It was your error and I can now not get the item I really wanted as I can't afford the postage or to place a big order. Your policy on this is VERY bad customer service
