This is a pretty palette, it's my favorite one. Some of the matte eyeshadows are powdery and produce fallout but on the whole I like alot. Love that the eyeshadows are vegan and cruelty free as well.

ColourPop has great products, an easy to navigate website, and an over all enjoyable shopping experience. They also run frequent sales and special offers and keep things exciting with new products every month. I also appreciate that they have a robust PR program where they send YouTube makeup review channels their products to test and provide inspiration for. I’ve felt a lot more sure of my purchases because I’ve had the opportunity to see the products swatched and used in multiple different videos from YouTube creators, giving me a way to see how they perform and look in various lighting. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is their standard shipping feels really slow compared to most US businesses I’ve ordered from. It typically takes 14+ days from the date of purchase before my package arrives, while most companies’ standard shipping gets me the product within 7 days of ordering if not sooner.

The products are always high quality! The only problem is the shipping. Items used to come well packed in a box with a lot of padding or filler. Now it's a flimsy envelope that rips easily. My eyeshadow was fine, but the outside packaging was damaged. Otherwise, it's a great company I continuously buy from.

The product are great, too bad you have to pay customs

I love this lip oil & color. My only complaint would be the bottle design as it leaves a bunch to waste as the wand can’t reach the bottom.

I had a great experience. The products are of great quality. I wish delivery was better but it does come across the country so it is more an observation than a complaint.

Some packages were a little bit damage but apart from that everything went well.
