The products I got were fine, nothing special but the packaging of almost everything was damaged and most of them were supposed to be gifts.

one of my eyeshadow pallette come to me in cracked condition :( too bad but the color is cool!

The jelly eyeshadow came really gooey and gross and was clumpy and a complete mess when i opened it

The price for the items where not written correctly in the package thats why I paid a lot for customs.

I loved the deals and the products but your website is so glitchy it's hard to do anything on it without waiting a few min to load it was like this on my phone both in mobile, desktop mode, and also on my computer

Love colour pop products but at times I still find them expensive for what they are. For me the most unfortunate thing is that there are no returns or exchanges. When products arrived not as pictured sometimes this is a real shortcoming in ordering from them. However overall I usually have a relatively good experience.

the pack is globally cool, however the white liner is not really what I expected + le looong time to ship The Winx Pallet is cool but not shiny or really visible
