Not a fan of this brand. The colors for foundation and concealer were off by ALOT and the something in the concealer causes me to have a rash. I only used it twice because the product is nonreturnable nonrefundable so i was forcing myself to make use of it. But it gave me hives both times. The lip gloss and eyeliners are beautiful though. Could only use this brand again for those two reasons.

While I love the eye shadow palette I built, I was missing two shades in my palette and send two emails to customer service with no response. A little bummed

Too long shipping and after receiving the parcel, I did not find all the goods. In my country, I pay not a small percentage for customs clearance of each unit of goods. Therefore, even if the brand reimburses me for the cost of the missing goods, no one will reimburse me for the money spent on customs clearance of these products (this is almost half the cost of the goods)

Your product came melted. I requested a refund and they wanted pictures. How do you take a picture inside a lipstick tube. Annoying that you are requesting something like this. I will not use you again.

My first time ordering. My mystery box had a broken pallette. And stickers plus hair clips for children. I wasnt expecting my first experience to be so drab. But than again im new to ordering makeup online. And ordering a mystery box was fun. Thank you.

Response time seems long. My order was missing the Mystery box. It was Friday (3/3) so I did not get an email response until Tuesday (3/7). I received new tracking number the next day 3/8. My package is supposed to arrive today 3/14. The thing is i live in Arizona and packages from Oxnard can usually arrive in a two days by regular mail. This just seems like a very long time to receive the MISSING item from my order. We are at eleven days if the package is delivered today.
