I received the wrong pallet in my order that was supposed to be a Christmas gift.

My package never came and it was expensive. This worthless company y doesn't even have a customer service number.

I haven't received my purchase yet. I bought it on November 10th, on December 10th I asked about delivery and was told it could take up to 48 business days. So far, nothing.

It never arrived!

Love the products, but I guess I'll just buy them whenever I'm in the states. I'm in the EU, ordered the products... they came while I was out of the country and they were returned. I emailed the company three times about this, because I have yet to receive a refund for my order! It's been since October and they haven't responded, and I haven't gotten my money back.

I ordered on 1 December. It says they ship orders within 2-4 business days. It's been 2 weeks and still no tracking link. I emailed 3 times but the only reply I got was "your order is still processing" and then yesterday I receive an email telling me one of my items in my order doesn't have the old packaging available anymore and they asked if I still wanted it in my order. So it gave me confirmation that my order hasn't left their warehouse yet. What a shame because I usually like ColourPop but I don't think they're handling the holiday season rush very well :(

If I could go any lower I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option. Received half my purchases from colourpop and jumped through hoops to contact costumer service. They messed up my order didn’t ship half of it, and sold out so they don’t do refunds and they can only offer me credit on Christmas presents I ordered long before selling out. Extremely disappointed and will go anywhere else

Never arrived
