I’m missing a product and they were giving me a hard time about it…then just stopped answering all together. Not buying from them anymore. Quality isn’t even that great anymore and shipping takes FOREVER.

Waited 3 weeks for the complete wrong order

I got two full sets of animal crossing makeup that were sold as a FULL SET which is a collection piece obviously and I didn’t get collection sets I got makeup wrapped in bubble wrap and it was the worst thing because it was a birthday gift for an avid Nintendo collector a known cosplay artist and a known twitch streamer. I’m extremely dissatisfied considering Iv been trying to contact you for months and nobody offers help in fact I just got ignored so hard that I had to reach out via intagram continued to get ignored until I told my truth under their Instagram posts THEN someone at 11 pm yesterday night wants to message me about my issues finally. I’m so sick and fn tired of explaining myself. I’m out of patience. This has got to be at least the 10th time no exaggeration that I have explained this. I deserve compensation honestly this is so ridiculous. What an embarrassment to your company.

my order didn't come until weeks after i needed it.

I have ordered through colourpop a few times now, and they have screwed up two of my orders. One was missing an item I purchased, and the other time I was charged full retail on multiple sale items. I reached out to customer service on both occasions, and was answered with “your package has already shipped :(“ which wasn’t helpful in any way. Not impressed.

Never received the goods and customer services won’t start an investigation on where my parcel is.

I made several purchases on aprils 20, its 10 of june and still havent arrive anything

Haven’t received my products bought it 04/15/2021. Bad tracking. No response.
