The makeup is fantastic but the return process is terrible. Customers should be able to return items for whatever reason, especially if it was a mistake when ordering.

My ordered did not arrive complete and with one item not working properly. They refund me via Coupon the amount of both, nevertheless I bought the items during one sale, and now I can’t purchase both for the same amount and the Coupon does not cover the total now.

I like the colours but the formula is drying and doesn’t apply comparable to high quality products. I suppose you get what you pay for

The colors are very pretty but the fall out is so much. Otherwise a great product!

Shipping has always been great 2 day shipping because I live in LA bit until this recent purchase it took 6 Days and looked like it might have been opened but customer service was amazing got back to me within less then 24 hours wich was amazing

I love the company. The products are excellent quality, but three things I dislike are: 1. the amount of release a year is just too much I can’t keep up. 2. Discontinuing shades that are so good. 3. And it takes a long time to ship.

I received the wrong order and would prefer to have the correct item being shipped to me given that I’m in canada.

The prices are good but many of the Super Shock shadows, one of their best known products, tend to dry out and become unusable after a year or so.
