It took so long foe my order to be dispatched and when I tried to contact customer service it was a bit crap

Even though it said fragile on the box, the shadow was completely broken...not satisfied with the purchase

My delivery took over 2 weeks after placing my order:( Very disappointing and will be the last time I shop with Colourpop.

The shipping was fast and the colors were nice but the formula seemed old and was extremely dry on my lips. Very difficult to apply and patchy. A bit disappointed since I have been a longtime supporter of Colourpop

I will overall say that when I paid $15 for two day expedited shipping, my order arrived in four business days.... I love colourpop's products but I do not enjoy their shipping time. They need to get it together. I am giving two stars for delivery time.

broken product

ColourPop’s customer service is out right awful. I’ve paid for a package I have not received and have sent several emails to Colourpop. Colourpop has not offered anything at this point. I have been a long time customer and this is not how I do business.

the lipsticks were horrible! I was eyeing out atole by iluvsarahii and the formula and the color was terrible I will not be purchasing again. very disappointing. The lipstick applicators were not great either, poor quality overall.
