Love the products. The package was well protection. Could have used a bit more information about the delay on my package. But otherwise I would recommend and buy there again

I really enjoy getting the mystery boxes. The last one I choose a set of brushes instead of a pallett but inly received 1 brush.

I thought your website ran very well. It is beautifully laid out and it was easy to navigate through until the “verify I wasn’t a robot thing” popped up, which I had to keep doing over and over even when I verified correctly. That made me lose items I intended to purchase from my cart because they were out of stock. I also had to go through the payment and shipping process twice, re-entering all of my information again, even though I had checked the “keep my information for next” selection. I tried PayPal the first & it didn’t take, so then I just entered my card info on the second because I was afraid to lose my other items. The waiting in line process was cool, but again I was afraid my items would have been sold out and I would have to repeat the whole process again losing my place or potentially losing the other items in my cart. Those parts were frustrating only because I didn’t want to lose anymore items, or lose my place in line and have to start all over again.

The products are wonderful and I’m surprised with the quality, since the price is relatively low comparing to some other brands in the same level. Not to mention the packaging, which is stunning. The only negative aspect is that it takes a few days until we receive a confirmation of purchase. But I’m super happy with the products i’ve bought.

This is my first time trying Colourpop. I had always wanted to try them. Ordering from Australia I was bit worried about my palettes getting here safely number one and secondly it not being damaged. When my parcel finally came I was happy to find that the proucts were very well wrapped in bubble wrapping and everything i ordered was there. 4 stars Considering the length of time it took. But I guess could not be helped due to the current situation-covid. Im just happy it came and will be ordering again soon. Thanks Colourpop!

What a beautiful collection of colors and textures! I’m very pleased with this pallet and incorporation of the Mulan theme. I would love there to be examples of a few combinations of how to apply the eye shadow. Like in a little card included in the packages. I have never owned a eye shadow pallet and I’m sure others out there would also appreciate the options for guidance!
