Its the second time that I bougth something And its the second time that I had a problem with the order.... In the fist one there were mising products and in the second a product came in bad conditions. Besides the costumer service works, Im not please with the solution Im from mexico and the only solution that offers you its a coupon or retuns the money, but ofcouse only includs the price of product without de taxes (that you already pay) they NEVER consider offer to send the product,(in usa they send the product/i understan the fact of shiping but Its YOUR mistake) soo in case that you really wanted that product and place a new order, you will be forced to pay taxes again, and I belive that is not fair. So i really recomend to improve at the moment to send the packets to avoid this kind of problems because is very anoying (insted of be pleased with your new makeup, you are upset)

the shipping is very long and i didn’t know the exact date that my package will arrive.

Got the wrong lipstick in my order, so I got a coupon for the amount, so I could by something else. But I live in Denmark, so it will cost me at least three times the amount of the lipstick to use the coupon because of shipping and taxes 😔. So wish I could just have gotten my money back instead. I guess it just is what it is

I used to have nothing but great reviews for Colourpop, and I still think they have mostly excellent products at a great price point. Where I take issue is with their shipping. I used to get exactly what I ordered every time, but in the last year to year and a half, I've noticed that I will usually get one incorrect or missing item in my order. Colourpop's customer service team is prompt and does issue a coupon code for the value of the item(s), but they can't be used during sales and they can't be combined with other promotions (and I typically buy during promotions so this results in being issued a coupon code that is lower in value that the item I purchased at full price (and I can only use the coupon when the item is at that full price, so I lose money in this exchange)). I would much rather just get the right items in my order from the outset.

Products are good, however, updates on the order for shipping are bad. The customer has to check in on their order and it should be the company providing the order process and shipping updates. Seems like it takes longer to process and ship the order, especially if orders are placed within California.

Colorpop’s website is hard to maneuver. When you click on a product and then go back to the main page it dumps you back to the beginning. I don’t browse the website bc it takes to long for this reason. The descriptions of products can be vague and misleading. This is most apparent i. The Makeup Brush section. The pictures are blurry and details do not describe what the brush actually is. I recently ordered TWO detail brushes. They looked small in the picture and the shape of the brush looks tapered. But it isn’t, it’s nothing like the picture. It’s a huge awkward brush I can’t imagine anyone can use for eye looks. There aren’t any details about how to actually use this brush.

I really enjoyed the products themselves however I did get a little frustrated with customer service because my package got stolen and I told them the day it was supposed to be delivered and it was but someone else took it and I had to wait an extra 4-5 days because they said that it was a us postal service thing they didn’t help until after that time. I did get a second one which was great but just the way customer service went was stressful especially since this was my first package I ever ordered off of colourpop.
