"review colourpop now" they said.
I was lucky enough to be able to order the Safiya Lipstick collection on October 3rd. The order confirmation came right away. I understand that a collaboration with a famous youtuber always takes time to get shipped, at any company, but when i finally recieved an email confirming the shipment ONE WEEK LATER, my whole twitter feed already had theirs. Now, another seven days have passed and i still got no package. But considering that i see a lot of damaged lipsticks with bumps and hairs on them online, i am certainly not looking forward to. We will see! Maybe my lipsticks are gonna arrive with no damage at all and I spend my time and money well so that i can delet this review, but right now I state, that i am not gonna buy from colourpop again.

I have yet to receive my order
I have yet to receive my order. I have waited at least a month now and still haven't received my order yet 😒. It was the Safeya lipstick set. It didn't say it was out when I ordered so it shouldn't have taken this long to get to me. I give it two stars instead of one because they did email me, saying sorry for wait, but I didn't think there was going to be a wait. When I bought the set it said it should take up to a week to get here, that is long overdue.

poor quality formula
The quality of the lipstick formula is poor and streaky. One of the lipsticks was broken on arrival, and the tips of the others were dented in because they don’t screw all the way down. I even ordered two sets in two different shipments and they both turned out the same way. I was really excited about this release, and now that it’s all sold out anyway.

Why ask me to review your product when I STILL haven't received it?
I'm sure the product will be great but it STILL hasn't arrived, and has been 'out for delivery' for 5 days. Expected delivery was supposed to be yesterday. I ordered October 3rd, 2 full weeks later still nothing. Not impressed.

not too happy
I usually never have problems , I bought the ohh honey palette but the eyeshadow panels some were coming out some are loose....
