I havent recived my product!! It's been 3 months!! Please help :(

I still have not received my package from over a month ago. Not happy!

Ordered well over a month ago, I understand it takes longer to get to the UK but the tracking says it arrived weeks ago yet I have never received it. I've contacted them on several occasions and not heard back, yet I was sent an email to review? Not happy with the customer service

It hasn't come.

I bought in April 15, today is June 16 and I haven’t received my purchase. The tracking information hasn’t updated since may 8. This is unacceptable.

I received a damaged item. I had contacted customer service three times and no returns. I can't use the palette ... the eye shadows are falling out or are cracked. bad experience. Especially for a first command with this company.

I placed my order over a month ago and it said it was delivered the 17th of last month and I still don’t have it. I love colour pop makeup but the customer service isn’t helpful at all. They said opps sorry, sometimes it’s says it’s delivered when it’s not, it’ll get there eventually. It been basically 2 months and nothing.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff on April 24th. It's June 15th, I have emailed them twice, and still haven't gotten neither response nor package.
