Relatively cheap and love the colors

Always a great experience. Only negative is some items commonly out of stock on a regular basis. Other than that, afterpay makes it convenience and easier on the pocketbook.

Love the products, although many were out of stock. My order arrived quickly but was not packaged very carefully. Nothing was wrapped. Luckily, nothing was damaged. But Overall I was happy with the process. I loved all of my purchases-they were great value and well worth the price. I would Have bought more if the products that I wanted were in stock.

So far I've had good experiences. The products are good and my orders have not arrived damaged or incorrect. However, the shipping times are pretty bad (might not be their fault - I live in Canada) and I wish they would stock launches better and restock faster, or just be sold out of product less often. Also, I really wish the website had an option to view products in my own currency so I don't have to keep calculating conversion rates.

The products are amazing, shadows have a little of fall off but the have amazing pigmentation and blend like a dream. The little pans seem kinda loose on the pallet for at least two of the 3 I bought, one of the pans fell off from my "going coconuts" pallet and I realized they stick from a magnet instead of being stick to them. About the shipping, as an international buyer we suffer toons of anxiety so I would love for the company to have more communication with us, in the confirmation mail when the order is ready, tell us how many days should we expect, update the tracking page, it's antiquated and hard to understand. Also my home number on the shipping label, thank god the delivery guy called to confirm cuz instead of 271 it was written 721, not even close, so maybe be more careful on that.

I wish it were more long lasting, but I really love the colour Pudin I think it’s very unique. There aren’t many colours like it. Please never discontinue the lux lipstick in the colour pudin!
