I never received my product from colourpop. I emailed them and there was no response. I will not be ordering from them again.

Extremely not satisfied with the sales tax calculation when shipping to Canada. I have bought many brands of cosmetics from the U.S., they calculate the tax based on the price after the discount, rather than the original price.

If I could give zero stars I would have. I did not receive my order and they will not give me a refund, as they have no refund policy. I’m out $300. Now— worst customer service ever!!

Terrible. Parcel wasn’t shipped after a month and getting a refund was incredibly difficult. Definitely don’t recommend.

The products are amazing, it’s the customer service that is horrible. I didn’t receive one of my items in my package, I emailed them twice about it giving all my contact and order information and still have not gotten one response back. Completely unacceptable!!!! I would review but I never received it and have had loads of trouble getting hold of anyone at colourpop. Will have to contact my bank for a refund - absolutely gutted as this was my first order abs I am a makeup junkie. Be warned people customer service sucks so if you have a problem it won’t get resolved.

Ordered from colorpop over 5 weeks ago and still nothing has turned up. Colorpop have refused to help when I have contacted them. Really disappointed with the service provided.
