An eyeliner was broken as was an eyeshadow color.

The eyeshadow is not good quality. Not as pigmented as I'd hoped and does not last long on the lid - it starts to crease. All the glitter comes off on the face within the few hours. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered 3 different shades for blonde brows. The colors were similar and natural looking however, product requires a lot of pressure to apply.

I thought the palette were good. Nothing amazing like everyone says. The shimmer shadows are very chunky and I got a lot of fallout from them. The liners are good. Pigmented but don’t stay in my waterline very long.

I like what I got but it was honestly a hassle. I had to go to the post office office multiple times over Multiple days for an eyeshadow palette and some lip colors. I do like what I got and would most likely get something from colourpop again but I would want to pick it up in store.

I get everything right, they only charged me customs 21.00 dollars more is almost half of the order but everything arrived excellent thanks

Honestly I love the products that come from this company but the customer service has failed me every time I've placed an order. Always an excuse of why they can't accept returns or send me everything I paid for that they forgot to include in my package. Sometimes I don't even get responses back from customer service! I'm left to believe this company does not stand behind their product.

I love the product. I hate the customer service and how long it takes my product to ship. Not get to me, to actually leave their facility takes so long.
