I recently ordered my first two items from Colourpop. They were eyeshadow palettes. When I received my order both eyeshadow palettes Looked as though someone had used them. Smudge marks from brushes and cracks. I emailed Colourpop and they sent me two new palettes. When I received the second package one palette had 2 shadow pods crushed and cracked with the shadow all over the inside of the package. That could have happened in shipping for sure but as a first time customer I won’t be ordering from Colourpop again.

No tengo respuesta de donde esta mi pedido comprado en Mayo! ya estamos a 23-06 y aun dice estar en EEUU! Tiene como destino Chile ! No tengo solución por parte de la empresa y se liberan de toda responsabilidad.

I've been tracking my order from the beginning. It was confirm on May 9, it was shipped on June 13 from US. It was sent to Europe, it seems like it is still in Europe Franfurt or Denmark. I live in Southamerica. I sent an email a couple of weeks ago to Colourpop and still no answer, I was asking how can I know when my order arrive to my country, if I have to contact a courier and how I pay for fees and deliver, but still no answer. I understand it will take longer but at least someone already could answer my email. So, if I get my order I can give a review.

No me han llegado los productos que compre

My order never came, and it took reaching out 3+ times to actually get a response which was "we don't do refunds."

Because it has been 1 month and a half since I made my purchase, and it still hasn’t arrived

I purchase an eyeshadow palette where some of the eyeshadow had been broken. I’ve submitted multiple request to customer service with no response.

I haven’t received my order despite the tracking system saying I have. I would like my money back or to be re sent the order.
