Just need a better policy shipping and refunds. If I purchased something with hard earned money and never received. Customer service should really try to into some situations because sometimes it's not the customer fault on why their product is stuck in a post office out of state. People deserve their money back or Colourpop should make it right.

My package wasnt shipped to the address, and my order was canceled and refunded. But when i tried to order new item - i couldnt use promo code, even new generated one from other emails. I was expecting some discount after your messup, but you didnt let me use your declared discount. Poor user experience
