I got the new Barbie highlighter and when I got it, it was smushed, and the mirror was broken. I tried getting ahold of customer service and no one responded for weeks and still has yet to respond. Just kept the product at that point. And the highlighter pan was very shallow but the formula of the highlighter was nice regardless.

Before even receiving my merchandise in the mail the items went on sale. I didn’t even get a adjustment!

horrendous scam and robbery company! My full order did not arrive and the little product that arrived is damaged, nor did they want to be responsible or return the money, I have filed a report in the USA and Mexico.

Color pop decreased the price on this entire collection by $5 per item after the first week. This is horrible business ethics and lacks any moral compass.
