The shipping time is too long.

Products are absolutely amazing. And for their price even more so. Shipping is a little longer than expected

All the products are safe in the package and wasn’t damaged. I like the neutral collection I ordered. I wish colourpop launches in India at the same price sold in the US so we can purchase more.

Pretty great. I just struggle getting the yellows as pigminted as I would like. The browns are fabulous. The yellows will show up if you keep caking them on.

They don't allow returns. Which is something I wouldn't expect from a major vendor in a time where everyone shops online. Also some of their licenced palettes are not very thoroughly themed to the individual franchises, but the makeup quality is good so it's still fine I guess.

I loved the colors. I do have issues with one color breaking down and falling out of the pallet and one color that can't be picked up with a brush of any kind.

In general it was a great experience and I love the product, the only thing i would suggest to work on is your worldwide ship with the limitee collections (sailor moon, disney, etc)
