Although the quality is amazing for the price all that goes away when the packaging is so cheap that usually a lot of items get delivered shattered

Eye pallet was broken before its arrival.

The serums I got were good but the eye shadows were not pigmented at all and there was lots of fall out

The swatches don’t even match the product very well. Not to mention when they shipped the product out it took so long to get to me. They need to change their shipping service from USPS to someone else.

The gloss is so streaky. I can’t do anything to make it look nice. The tinted moisturizer just isn’t my favorite.

The quality if each product can be more stable

Quality is great but items were missing from my order.

I like a lot of products and purchased a lot form Colourpop. However, the recently purchase wasn’t good. It was having site-wide discounted, I still input a coupon code but make the final price higher than website showed. I emailed customer service, they respond said since they already shipped out the order, they not able to fixed it. I received shipping confirmation email 2 hours later than the customer service respond email. I might want to order in Ulta later since they have better customer service.
