Poor Shipping Time.
As far as quality, presentation, and quantity goes, you guys are amazing! Of course your prices are also to be praised, but all of that is overshadowed by the fact that your most coveted makeup can only be reached online... and between processing and shipping it takes basically two weeks to get an order. That's a turn off even with all those great qualities. I always have to be keeping track to make sure that my package gets processed and shipped out on time because if not, it would take more than two weeks to get here. I will say customer service reps are always very curtious and kind, so that is always a breath of fresh air in a crappy situation. I typically don't mind waiting, but two weeks is excessive and almost always makes me rethink purchasing anything unless I REALLY want it, in which case I always wait to buy in bulk or skip out on it completely.
