Me and my friends ordered a 60+ dollars worth of make up for a common friend’s birthday. We ordered the gift two weeks in advance since it said that the delivery would have taken from 3/5 days (and it could have taken a couple more days before of covid). Weeks passed and the package didn’t arrive. We had to go to the birthday party WITHOUT a gift. The package finally showed up more than ONE MONTH later!!!! NEVER AGAIN. It was stressful and embarrassing to all of us.

Did not receive package and was told to file a claim. Process was to complicated and i lost 200 basically

I miss the old Brow Boss!! ***insert a hideous crying face here*** Back story: once upon a time and several years ago I came across Colourpop's Brow Precision Pencil in the color 'Black 'n Brown' and my life was changed forever. The slim mechanical pencil design allowed me to draw fine hair-like strokes that looked like natural brow hairs (people assumed I had microblading done) and the color was perfect, not too dark and not too brown with no reddish auburn tint here- just a perfect color to balance out my light skin and dark features. The wax-like formula glided across my skin with little to no effort and lasted throughout the day (and I'm talking about those gross hot summer days when you're all chubby & sweaty and everything is melting off) this stuff really held up and still lasted well into the night. Lastly, the price is unbeatable! It's a steal for the quality you receive and, trust me when I say, no other brow pencil has matched Colourpop's product. Whenever I purchased my brow pencils I'd buy several at a time and it wasn't until over a year ago I started running low and decided to re-up my stock. The problem was that Colourpop's website always said "not in stock" and I chose to participate in the "email me when available" option and still, over a year later, it's not in stock and I never received any email updating me on the status of this product. I was desperate and didn't know what to do so I stayed brand loyal and tried a shade similar to 'Black 'n Brown' but sadly 'Cool Cocoa' was a no-go. So, option B, I ordered several different colors in 'Ash Brown', 'Soft Black' and 'Dark Brown' in the Brow Boss Pencil, and for lack of a better word, these pencils really suck and are a giant waste of money. The colors all look the same and lack any vibrancy whatsoever; the formula is chalky and you have to practically punch it into your forehead to achieve any visible color. I'm not sure if Colourpop changed the formula or is using a different vendor to supply materials or whatever but PLEASE BRING BACK MY BROW PENCIL!!!! My bald brows and large forehead thank you in advance. =(

My Colourpop products shipped fairly fast. The eyeshadow palette had one broken color, and for compensation I got a giftcard to their site that amounted to the price of that palette. I paid 10€ for shipping only and the giftcard was only 10€ which only covers my shipping fee, so that will be of no good use. On top of that the giftcard will expire in July 6th so they aren't actually compensating for anything, just trying to get me back to buy from their store. People receive broken products from Colourpop ALL THE TIME, you can just go look at the replies from Colourpop Tweets and find people who have not gotten any kind of customer support for their broken products. It is a gamble when ordering from Colourpop. Some of the products I've bought are amazing quality and some are really bad, you never really know which you're gonna get so I recommend looking at reviews outside of Colourpops website before purchase. First time I ordered from Colourpop was for the Animal Crossing New Horizons make up. The make up was overpriced only for it's packaging. A lot of fellow Animal Crossing creators were messaged by Colourpop's official Instagram to give the creators free products to promote, just to get excited and then never receive a product and never hear from Colourpop again. When asked Colourpop what happened they would lie to the creators that "we never messaged you" even though it is very blatant that the messages are from official Colourpop account, the verified badge is extremely hard to miss. Colourpop is known for using communities' hype to pump out overpriced products, then start selling them at low stock to create hype and after all they will have plenty to sell when the hype has calmed down. Colourpop is quite honestly a nasty company I would not recommend supporting. They have a very wasteful hyperconsumerism business model.

1 missing item 1 damage/looks like used item, the box was stained and no protected film inside.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! When I got my eyeshadow and opened it, 2 eyeshadows fell out and broke. I tried to reach them, but they have no phone number. I emailed them, with a promise that they would get back to me in, 48 hours, and I NEVER heard from them. They don't replace items. They say they give a one-time refund, which must be a lie, because how can they do that if they never get back in touch with you. An absolute horrible company!

After almost three months, I still have not received my order. I have reached out to Colourpop's customer service twice and never heard anything back either time. The shippers had no information for me either, other than that there had been an "exception" with my order, and directed me to reach out to Colourpop for more details. Very disappointed that they never even answered my support requests.
