the liquid lipstick was amazing but the eyeshadow palette had a lot of fallout in the pan and on the face, so that bummed me out

I will give colourpop a 4 star only because their customer service is horrible !!! I love this brand so much but when one of my eyeshadows arrived broken it was very difficult to even get them to send me a new one. I’m still waiting for them to reply back and they continue to ignore my emails. I’m very disappointed with how this situation is being handled. I do want to continue to buy from them but if you’re trying to get a replacement don’t except much help from customer service, they’re horrible especially Amia she was NO HELP!

The brushes are amazing! For only 5 dollars a brush they are super high quality. The eye shadow palette coconuts is also very high quality and very affordable. The liquid eyeliner is great. I wasn't to thrilled with the foundation (its incredibly watery) or the concealer, i feel like Revlon has a better formula.

When I got my palettes, I was really excited and it came beautifully wrapped in the box. When I opened them though, they were extremely dirty with eyeshadow dust all over them. None of the shadows broke or fell out, they just were really messy like someone touched them or swatched them. I got the Sunflower, the yellow palette (both of those are 9 pans) and the cactus themed one. The plain yellow one was perfect, I loved it, wasn't dirty at all. The sunflower one had brown all over the outside of the shadows, all over the plastic protector, and all over the mirror protector. The cactus one was the same way. The palettes are beautiful and I love the formula, but I hated the way they were presented to me.

Products are really good. I just feel shipping is very slow, you should have the option to pay a little extra dollars to get your items faster, or have fedex 2 day free shipping as some other stores have.

The products are so great but I have a problem with the delivery. A month has passed and I haven't received my shipments yet.
