Seems as though I am allergic to Colour pop eye shadows and mascara. I can’t even use the concealer and foundation either. I love the makeup but for some reason I get a terrible reaction after applying the makeup. I’m not sure why, must be an ingredient they have in their makeup that I’m allergic too. Bummer cause I just spent some money on an order and I can’t even use it.

Packaging is always pretty muted, nothing too creative about the cover decals for their eyeshadows. I’d consider doing a little fine tuning to their design staff. Additionally, the palettes that arrived in the mail to me had the eyeshadow dishes borderline popping out of the plastic palette. They produce affordable eyeshadows, but could use just a liiiiittle more finesse.

in January, I made an order and they didn’t put what I ordered. gave a promotional code for $ 14, although a shadow palette costs separately $ 22. I decided not to order more, but I like the Disney collection and the quality of the product in general. I decided to give another chance, perhaps the problem is in the holidays and a large number of orders. I hope that this time everything will be fine and I will order on the site constantly. a lot of what I would like to have in my collection of cosmetics

The product is no doubt fantastic and for a great price, too. However when I emailed asking a question the reply I received seemed uncaring and condescending. The parcel arrived in a reasonable time, overall I'm pleased with my experience.

Beautiful pallet, blends ok, 2 of the shadows were damaged in transit and completely crumbled out of their pans.

It feels cheap. It's overpriced too. The only thing worth buying is the liquid lipstick. The eye shadow is awful, you have to apply a lot to get a good color going. Not worth the time or money. Just go to Lime Crime. They're the same price but such a higher quality.

On previous orders, I have had no problems an would have given a 5 star rating....but my last order was rather expensive an was for a popular item. After their posted 3-5 business day processing, I received no notice of shipping. I had to contact them to find out there was a delay in shipping because of the popularity of that item. Colour Pop should have sent that statement out to all of us waiting, without prompting. Also, when responding to my e-mail, it was VERY obvious that they did not really read my correspondence as they explained things that were already mentioned in my e-mail, like telling me orders take 3-5 business days to ship and that did not include weekends or holidays. I was writing my e-mail on day 8, a Saturday, having placed my order on the previous Sunday, with NO holiday during the week, but yet I am still told about 3-5 business days. It is obvious that they only read the first line of my e-mail by their response. Cookie cutter responses are an indicator that the company does not care about their client. With all the different make-up companies out there, I will most likely stop buying from Colour Pop if I see their lack of customer service continues.
