ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

Don’t know what has happened to this page, not long ago I could check the colors of all liquid lipsticks in different skin tones, now it’s all gone, this make customers to buy less or to not buy at all, this makes purchases very difficult. I hope you can bring this back again, page used to be colorful, now it seems a little bored.

When amount was converted from USD to CAD it was way more than it should have been

I'm not liking the currency bit there's no option to view or choose currency like most sites not even at the billing part. Had to find out after I payed and look at my bank account balance. Plus there's extra cost on Tax that show up towards the end why don't that just get included at the start. Also why is there no option to just look at the cart in full screen having to look on the side bother me.

I entered the code for the 25% off and it wasn't applied.

You sent me a 20% coupon that didn't work. Today you sent me a 25% coupon that didn't work at checkout. I will not do buisness with you unless you mail or send me my discount PERIOD!

I was just sent a code for 25% off one item. I understand that certain items are excluded but those items should be clearly listed or when the code is entered it should say "code cannot be applied" instead of "code applied". I just paid for something I was hoping to get a discount on but paid full price other sites have ways to make sure that doesn't happen, Colourpop should as well.

They charged me $10 more than they were supposed to. Absolutely ridiculous, last time I didn’t even get my product.

I couldn't use my initial 15% discount as it says it is not applicable on the items I chose. However, it did not distinguish out of 6 items, which item is prohibiting the discount.
