I absolutely loved everything I bought. My only issue is that it took over a month for it to get to Colombia.

I have ordered a palette (she's a rainbow) I absolutely love it, it looks so nice and it is very pigmented!! The brushes are just perfect bought two of them and I don't remember how I did makeup before, without them. The only negative side of my order was the lipstick color (Tull) was much darker than expected and I don't really enjoy wearing dark lipstick. The package came safely all the way to France and was in a cute box will definitely order again!

I have been enjoying most of the items I purchased from Colourpop. The one thing I wish was different is that the Sol dry oil has a very strong scent of coconut that is overwhelming. If the scent was lighter I could wear it more. I like the glow/sparkle but the smell really irritates my allergies and it limits when and where I can wear the product as I don’t want to give people the impression that I fell into a tub of perfume. The other serums and face milks I ordered have their own scents but they are more subtle, enjoyable, and I can use them much easier. The eyeshadow palettes are great and I am enjoying using them.

love the colours of the palette I received. Sometimes I do feel like they apply a bit strangely, probably because they're pressed. They stay all day and I receive many compliments, even from strangers.

Great, products, good packaging, great price, the only thing that bothers me is that they haven't improved their shipping since they literally created the company, its still just as awful as it was years ago. Other than that, everything is great, if you're willing to wait (about 2 weeks)

The products I've received have been wonderful and I've enjoyed them all. I appreciate that Covid has put shipping into turmoil, especially internationally, so I accept that there will be delays. I contacted Colourpop once regarding a delay and lack of communication about shipping updates regarding items I'd purchased; they responded quickly (within 24hrs) and shipped that day.
