products are amazing but the website needs to have an area in which it states USD, AUD etc so customers know pricing for the own currency

I purchased an item that was advertised as a sale item, but was not given the sale price after I checked out. I paid full price.

I will love to have enlarged pictures to be able to see properly the foundations!!

Everything always arrives broken. I don’t know if Colourpop is to blame or UPS but I always have to email them to send another shipment and hope that one doesn’t break too.

I was to recieve my tracking email and I have yet to recieve it. I've been waiting to hear about my order for 4 days but all I've received is the feedback email and the confirmation email. With an order that costs as much as it is you would assume that it would be a top priority purchase.

I was asked to enter my email for a 10% off coupon on my first purchase. Knowing I wanted to buy a few things, I provided my email. Once getting the coupon code in my email, I went to apply it to my shopping cart and it said that the items in my cart didn’t apply. (Yes, I confirmed my order was over $20). I still went ahead with my order, especially because I’m a Canadian customer paying an exchange rate as well as international shipping, but I’m disappointed in the misguiding advertisement.

I’m still waiting for a package since September and I sent a message and they just told it’s your problem basically. If you’re in Europe you know that it’s imposible go to your post a office and ask for a package and worse pretend to go to a custom to ask for pancake too

Ordering and shipping were fabulous! Very prompt! The stay put matte lip gloss was a beautiful shade of red, however, it did everything except stay put. Lasted maybe an hour. I am very disappointed in the product and won’t be ordering again
