Bought a palette to give as a gift. It came with what looked like a finger nail gouge - reached out because it’s kinda tacky to give a damaged product to someone as a gift. I asked if I could return the palette and exchange it for a new one that did not have a chunk missing from it. I was told it was still usable so they couldn’t swap it out. Tacky AF! I love their products but they have a lot of growing up to do as far as customer service.

I have just ordered the so jaded palette. I signed up for emails and received my 10% off coupon. The coupon was not valid when I tried to use it. I received it 48hrs prior to placing my order. Also couldn’t use the 20% off site wide coupon that came out yesterday. Disappointed with the tactics, will be unsubscribing from future emails

Price for products I purchased advertised as 20% off as part of the Mercury Retrograde sale. I signed up for new customer email & received a 10% off coupon code. My products were charged at full price and only the 10% was taken off. Made me sad & seemed like bait & switch. Don’t piddle on my leg & tell me it’s raining. I tested your products in Ulta & liked them enough to buy direct from you. I would have paid full price. Keep your word Coulorpop or next time I’ll keep my dollars.

My payment didn't go through twice, the Shopify check out seems very fake and almost like you're being scammed. You guys never offer free shipping or any coupons.
