Even though their products are awesome, their customer support is severely lacking. They are rude, clearly don't read the emails, copy paste standard replies. And also, they refuse to own up to their mistakes and apparantly gladly commit tax fraud on packages they send to their customers which causes them to pay unnecessary import taxes and handeling fees. Even after the local customs say they declared wrong, they say its not their issue or fault.

It's been a month since my order and it still hasn't left the US (I live in the UK)stuck at the carrier facility. I tried contacting support but there has been no response from them. I was really excited to try Colourpop but unfortunately this is quickly becoming a disappointment, maybe wait for them to sort their delivery out if you're buying from outside US.

I had an issue with my order and emailed multiple times and never heard from anyone at the company.

Who in their right mind would continue to shop at Colourpop with no customer satisfaction guarantee and not having a return or exchange policy? I have shopped a couple times in their online store and never had issues except recently when their gel creme liners were dried out and fell out off the containers when I opened the lid. They say that they sell "affordable" makeup and can't handle a return for a defective product! How can consumers protect themselves from losing money? After they adamently refused a refund on my defective liners, they sent a replacement. The new ones were better quality but did the process of getting a replacement have to be so unpleasant? No! Their social media uses alot of young influencers to hype products but in reality, young consumers (or their parents) need to teach wise spending. Even if its just $5 dollars, if a customer is not satisfied with anything, any great company will have a refund policy. Colourpop has brain washed people to accept what they sell with risks and not care that your money went down the drain if your product is terrible. This means they can get away with selling crappy product with no risk to them. Be SMART people. Shop elsewhere!! There's plenty of " affordable" brands out there!
