I truly enjoy your brand & am very happy with your products! Your eyeshadows are absolutely gorgeous! I was really hoping that the inside of the palette was magnetized. 🥺🙁 Having that would keep the little pans (provided their made out of tin or pot metal) inside the larger palette & keep them from sliding about. I will be keeping this palette & see if I can place magnetic strips in the bottom. Please wish me luck! 🍀

Mirror was broken when receiving then they replaced. Then the lip gloss tube inside was broken so disappointed

Although the colours are beautiful they are not as full and intense as i thought they would be. They are more of a glitter to put over an intense eyeshadow not a full look on thier own

I ordered the $50 mystery box and I wasn’t in love with it. I got three lipsticks, and the rest of it was all press powders (one blush, and the rest was all eyeshadow). I was hoping for more of a variety of products like in the smaller mystery box. So I was disappointed. I won’t be ordering it again.

I've ordered a few times from Colourpop since 2016. Their products aren't bad: good prices, good quality, and local to me. That said, every single order I've ever made has either 1. arrived with half the items broken 2. never arrived so this happens and you contact their customer service asking for either a replacement or at least a partial refund? You'll never get a response back, and these days they just have an FAQ form that openly says if your order never arrives or is bounced they won't refund you and good luck with a response. Keep an eye on your orders, when you make them, and make sure you make them with a credit card that you can easily dispute charges if need be, because Colourpop has no intention of responding to anything or getting you what you ordered.

I placed an order and one of the items, Butchers mascara, was completely dried out. I reported this to customer service and they provided a credit to make another purchase from them. I don't care to purchase any other items from the company so the credit is worthless to me. I already purchased more items on my first order that I don't want in order to receive free shipping. I should have been given the option to receive a credit on the form of payment I used originally.
