Color mascaras are gooey and the brush is not structured so you get a mess on your eyes.

Didnt like a couple of my items and the return process is the Worst. Not likely to ever place another order. Eyeliner was crumbly and eyeshadow has super poor coverage. [Insert thumbs down emoji here]

Lipstick wasn't the color I expected it to be. It was much darker and not very creamy. I would say it's more of a matte which I don't like. The lip liner, although a little brighter than I expected, is working out ok. In all fairness to this company, most of the time it is very hard to determine color from on line picture. But this lipstick was much darker than I expected.

I did an online order for 3 eyeshadows. 2 came unsealed; they were in the paper envelope but were open at the round hole & had been smudged - looked like someone tried them before they were shipped. The other one was sealed in plastic & in the envelope, but was the finish was not as described. No phone support available from Colourpop & the email I got wanted photos of the unsealed eyeshadows, etc. I respect Colourpop's commitment to being cruelty-free, but will not be buying anything more from them since this is the way they deal with people.

Lipstick is so thick/hard/dry to apply and dries the lips. I don't recommend. Also it stains on the lips even after removing it with make up remover (specially the darker/brighter colors). It's better to buy from the drugstore 3 colors (nude,bright,dark) that you like and enjoy them and save your money on this set..

Not impressed with the eyeshadow palette

I've been wanting to try Colorpop for a long time. I live in Europe so it isn't easy to get Colorpop products...I was prepared to pay customs fees of course, I knew I had to. So, I waited for a good deal from Colorpop to get my products for a nice price and freeshipping. The products took forever to arrive (more than a mounth!) and I had to pay custom fees over the price of the products without the discount...plus, it was missing an item. Customer service takes a long time to reply but they refunded me very quickly although the value refunded was the discounted value of an item from a bundle. The products are nice but at the end nothing to write home about and the trouble (plus the end overall price) isn't worth it...probably not buying from Colorpop again

I have ordered before and the quality just isn't there this time. The glosses were richer and had more staying power.
