Love my palette, however, I leave in Canada and I made a mistake while passing my order. I couldn't cancel the order to be able to fix it without having to spend an other 10$US for delivery. Ended up not ordering the 2 other items I wanted because of it. I emailled you, DM on instagram but never got an answer.....

Alot of fall out and i didn't enjoy the colors . i will be buying more to try though , this was my first time trying it so i will give it another shot.

The products are wonderful but alot of their products are always out of stock. Shipping takes forever. I still haven't received my last order. My daughter and I ordered on the same day. Her's took a week to receive I'm going on a week and half and still nothing. I really love the products. There factory is here in CA so I would hope shipping would be fast in the same state but I was wrong.

I ordered most of the Elsa collection. The lipstick is a nice color, I adore the lip gloss. The palette, however, I'm not sold on. Three of the nine shades aren't even eye safe, and I knew that before ordering it. I saw a promotion video by Colourpop of someone using the palette to do their makeup and they used this beautiful deep red shade that I was excited about on their eyes - that's one of the ones that is eye unsafe. I feel like since most of the interesting colours (besides the blue) are eye unsafe the palette is really boring, and I won't be able to use almost a third of the palette. Disappointing! But the lip stick and the lip gloss are good, and the formula seems nice.

I love the pigments and shades of colors super travel friendly, I will be purchasing from colourpop again however some pallets came with some shades out of the squared frame or the actual shadow was out of its circle. Overall I’m supper excited to have new palettes and experimenting with new colors and combinations.

Shipping is WAYYYY too slow. I ordered my products almost two weeks ago and still have not received them. Disappointed because I enjoy colourpop.
