Boxes came in padded envelope all crushed and not worthy of the gifting I purchased it for.

I'm a bit worried because it takes a long time for my package to arrive (I've been waiting for 15 business days as I write this review). I emailed the cs team and they responded quickly, which kinda relieved me. I hope tomorrow my package will come lol I'm tired of waiting and can't wait to try the palette!

I have not received my package

The eyeliner I got was great but the eyeshadow was so chalky and disappointing. I’ve seen so much amazing things online and the pallets I got looked so beautiful (the yellow and green mini pallets) as soon as I swatched them they were chalky and had no pigment/ the glitter shadows were basically loose glitter and fell off my hand. I was truly disappointed in products that I was so excited for. I doubt I will order again...I wish a refund were an option

10% off welcome email is bogus I signed up for the email and got a 10% back code. I tried to use it and it said my product wasn't eligible (it doesn't say that anywhere on the email). Feels like a bait and switch. It was a $39.00 product - seems like it would have been easy to give 10% off to make a first time customer feel good.

After a few months, have ordered again from Colourpop using a different credit card. However, my order is suddenly cancelled for whatever reason even thought it is correct.

Their customer service team responds with generic emails. I’m sure they’re very busy and all, but it’s useless to get specific questions answered. I also am not super eager to shop from them again when they told me they do not offer refunds period. Even for unsatisfactory items. They just send replacements. For a company making that much money on lower priced items it’s just a bit disappointing.

Wish they had more sales or coupons
