mi pedido a la fecha d hoy no ha llegado, más de 3 meses de espera

I never received my package because the workers of this company didn’t put my address. I also sent many emails but have not received a single reply and I haven’t even gotten a refund. I’m very disappointed with the customer service because there was none and will not be shopping from this company again since they just seem to be taking peoples money.

I ordered 150 worth of merchandise which has not been delivered it says delivered and they won't respond to email and have no phone number beyond pissed is an understatement

No recibí mi pedido. Ya han pasado casi tres meses.

I haven't received my product, one month and a half after I purchased it, no costumer service response. Won't be buying again.

It's been way over 21 business days, and I haven't received my international order yet. Tracking has shown no update in more than a month. CP support says, I still have to keep waiting for my package to show up somehow someday, and they can't contact DHL to see where it really is.

I placed an order for 17 items when colourpop hay their website 30% off on may 27. The package took 2 weeks to ship and then the tracking information was never updated after 3 weeks. Now it says they can’t find my tracking number so basically they lost my order. Now I’m still waiting for the “refund” that colourpop offered (i had the option to be sent the items again for free but honestly i can’t trust them again.)

We ordered 4 items and it took way too long to arrive. We actually ordered product and waited over two weeks for it to arrive. It never did and then we moved out of state. Still haven’t gotten the order just a bunch of platitudes from color pop. Dude I want my order shipped to my new address, which I’ve given them, or my money 💴 back
