Although I love the products that I receive from Colourpop, it always takes a lengthy amount of time to ship. I am quite disappointed currently since I ordered my items 5 days ago and they have yet to ship. I understand that many other people order from Colourpop everyday, but I am a valued customer and spent just shy of $100. I feel that even though it is free shipping, the package should not take over 5 days to ship.

I placed 3 separate orders and the first one I placed was delayed and still hasn't shipped after almost 2 weeks (even though it was placed BEFORE the sailor moon release,) the second has already arrived, and the 3rd I didn't even receive a confirmation email for. Overall a mess, hopefully I enjoy the products when they actually get here. I will update my review accordingly, but so far I am not impressed that my first order hasn't been processed but other people are receiving products that they ordered after me

Not the best company to fix problems when your order is wrong. It’s annoying when you receive a defaulted and broken product and then I’ll be do is give you a two dollar credit which will expire and then there’s $10 shipping that’s bs and I will not be purchasing any more items from colour pop ever again for the risk of receiving another broken product

My items arrived bubble wrapped but completely crammed in a small box. Both of my palettes appeared to be in good shape until I opened them and a couple of the compacts were almost falling out or slightly crumbly. Might purchase products again. Might not.

I ordered an empty palette with the palm tree design and got one with butterflies and flowers on it still works the same just wanted the design that I chose the products are amazing tho

The palette was okay. It came unable to close completely and the pans were nearly falling out. It takes quite a few layers for color payoff and it actually hurts my eyes to use.
