I purchased the disney princess makeup collection bundle and was super stoked to get it. I got everything and the rapunzel blush literally had 0 makeup in it. 0. I emailed the team and they sent a replacement out. After waiting awhile to receive it, it finally came and it was the wrong blush!!!!!! I emailed AGAIN and they issued a $10 dollar credit. Well, the blush wasn’t available for purchase by itself so I had to spend $18 dollars more to buy the rapunzel lip and cheek bundle AND pay for shipping. Sigh. Thought they’d make it right (considering it wasn’t my error) after I spent all that money on the whole collection. I’m wary to buy again after that experience honestly. The product is amazing. I love the eye shadow but it’s annoying when companies make mistakes and don’t fix it correctly.

I found I could not order my whole order had to break it up which cost me more in shipping plus I order something that you have cancelled on me with no explanation at all

The description of what I ordered was confusing and didn’t match all the products shown and I was not able to use the discount code provided to me which was frustrating. I even signed up for 10% off and never received the code. This was my first time ordering and was not pleased with the check our process.

Honestly it was my first time buying from colourpop and the customer service alone is terrible. I ordered four palettes and a lipstick and a lip liner. The lip products came in fine. They didn’t ship TWO of my palettes (baby got peach, uh huh honey) and one of my palettes the shades weren’t even in the pan( Sol). And when I emailed customer service help, they just kept sending me the same thing and DIDNT send me the palettes I paid for. They offered me a refund which I suppose was there easy way out solution, tho I’m not sure how hard it is to ship out two palettes that the customer paid for lol. Overall just unhappy with the experience which is a pity bc the shadows don’t seem half bad (if u can move past having to push it back into the pan and it coming in with no plastic cover or anything )

I ordered “Baby Got Peach” eyeshadow palette and “Golden Hour” shade in the highlighter and received “Glowstix” instead of “Golden Hour”.

Got a new Customer discount code. Went to apply it and it wouldn’t work. I would’ve loved to have the 10% off. But think it’s a scam

I emailed about a product that arrived damaged due to Colourpop's packing error (lid was not on tightly; product dried out). Customer service did not offer a replacement, refund, or even apology. They just demanded color swatches "in good light" before proceeding any further. Um, hello? I've ordered this same product and color before. I know what it should look like. I'm also an established customer; this is not someone trying to get a freebie. But no, I'm not going to leave work early in order to get home in time to get a photo sesh in "good light" (in winter, in the PNW, so haha) for $8. (The snottiness of the "in good light" because we don't trust you not to con us with a bad pic was just the icing on the cake.) I love CP's palettes too much to just walk away from the company over one tiny bad experience, but this left a bad taste...especially because I DO spend so much money at CP. And it dawns on me that Sephora and Ulta both have easy returns and none of this runaround...and Ulta sure isn't charging a ton for their Maybelline, so CP's "no, we can't provide returns because cost" is clearly garbage.

Not sure about the accuracy of the pictures of the eyeshadow colors when making a palette. When i see some of the colors in the premade palettes they look very different . There are no poictires of any of it swatched on real skin. I ordered almost a week ago and have heard nothing since so i can only imagine how long after that it will take to be shipped. I ordered this on a whim but am having some serious second thoughts also it is weird to ask for feedback from a company when i haven’t received their product yet .
