I haven’t received the package yet. It is already one month after the package is shipped out.

I haven’t received my package for a month. I have sent multiple emails to the customer service. Every time I use the official answer to perfuse me, please solve the problem as soon as possible and efficiently.

I don't recive my order

I didn’t get my package here in Canada, both couriers DHL and then TS logistics have no answer for me other than it was cancelled and that no package was received. I have also sent 3 emails to find my order and have never heard back. Very disappointed and won’t recommend or buy again.

My eyeshadows are so loose. The pots aren’t even stuck to the palette so they literally fell out on to the floor when I opened it. Horrible shipping. So upset.

I ordered eyelashes and brush set, which took forever to arrive, and eyelashes are veryy bad quality, that i got pimples over my eyelid, one day of wearing them, i never had acne on my face, i have a normal skin, and have no skin concern, plus they’re not reusable, they’re garbage after one use,

I am never ordering from colourpop again. The value of my parcel was placed at 264 dollars when my order is actually 183 dollars. I had to pay taxes and other fees I wouldn’t have needed to pay if they correctly valued my order at 183 dollars. Their customer service is unsatisfactory and they do not reply to my queries. There was also not enough bubble wrap to secure my orders. The shipping took too long just to receive these products. It’s a no for me, sorry.
