Shipping time is a bit long but make up is great

It was a great product, but shipping was expensive, and it took a while to come.

I freaking adore Colourpop. Their quality is literally amazing — not to mention the extremely affordable prices! My only issue would be the current lack of stock (perhaps due to the pandemic) and slow shipping (I’m an international customer, and my latest order, around September 5th ‘20) took twice the normal time it would have taken in the past). But honestly, I don’t mind waiting since I know it’s worth it!

I was worried, so I made an inquiry by email. I was very relieved to receive a kind and polite answer. he product packaging was also polite and arrived without damage. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product itself.

I'm a fan of the colourpop collections. This is the second time i ordered online, from the Netherlands. Also the second time they made a mistake with my order. But lucky me still loved the products.

It was cool ordering from colourpop! I was just disappointed that I couldn’t get this makeup brush at the discounted price that it was listed on the website bc I used a coupon for another item! Like it was already adverted at ‘xyz,’ why change it at checkout when I enter my discount code :(

I love my products but on my first order one of my items was missing but I got my money back for that item so love the company.
