I have not tried your products yet, but ordering from you today was excruciating and cumbersome. In fact, I gave up and quit. The only reason I followed through was because my PayPal account later prompted me to go to your website and compete the transaction. It is not user-friendly.

I like colourpop, the pigments and everything of the makeup is great, but I made an order about maybe less than a month ago and it shipped here fairly quickly,so I was pleased with that, but when I barely opened my eyeshadow palette right now only to find that one of the eyeshadows is completely broken and it fell out of the palette when I opened it.

One of the eye shadow is broken after delivered.

The products are nice. But service is not good at all. They had sent several emails to me about purchasing the items in my cart which made me duplicate my order. I had sent an email to them right away but they replied that they couldn’t cancel it even the items were not yet shipped out at that time. Btw, their shipping is so slow.

Irritating because I ordered last week monday and the items just shipped today (saturday) meaning I wont get them in time before I leave for vacation. Useless should have been shipped already.

I was making an order and it logged me into my old account with an old address literally across country, after I made the purchase and realized I contacted customer service telling them my problem and all I got in reply was to contact UPS and change my address. I’m Canadian so I wasn’t sure, I spent two days trying to get a real person on the phone to help me and it never happened. I asked again how I could make changes quickly before it went out for shipping but I didn’t get any help and it ended up shipping with Canada post instead and was already on the way to my old house. It was delivered there a few days ago, some lucky person got all of my purchases. I’m not even upset about wasting my money or time, I was just really excited about my purchases.
