I did not receive my package. And I didn't receive a reply when I sent the letter

Colourpop had sent me an email for my birthday saying I had a free gift with my purchase if I used my coupon code at the online checkout of my purchase. I was supposed to receive a free eyeshadow shock compact with my birthday which I did not receive when I purchased somethings. I sent them a email saying I did not receive my free gift and I have not heard from them since. I feel like that is bad customer service and I probably will not shop on colourpop website again and that hurts me because I love their products.

Never received my products from the company and still was charged

It's been months and it hasn't arrived and no answer from owners

I received a damaged blush and emailed twice with no reply.

Slow delivery- it took almost a month to receive the parcel. Missing items- I ordered 8 items in total and ended up only sending me 3 items. Poor after sales service- they refused to send me a replacement of the missing items and only offered a credit coupon that did not cover all the missing items I bought.

Shipping the product from the warehouse took an exceptionally long time. Colourpop customer service was absolutely no help when my tracking information didn’t work. Super disappointed overall.
