Products arrived in good condition, although one of the pressed glitters in the Mulan palette looks a bit misshapen. It's fine though. There is also room for improvement in regards to turnover time re: order confirmation (it was "processed" for a few weeks). I do appreciate your customer service rep (Sabine, I believe her name was? I'm so sorry I deleted the thread and it's gone from my bin) for getting back to me when I enquired about it.

Colourpop makes great products overall (have had a few misses, but nothing awful) and beautiful colors. However, at any given time, 80% of the products on their website are sold out. This means it's almost impossible to buy anything from them in the colors you want. I usually end up going elsewhere because it's not worth stalking them until they restock.

These are the first eyeshadow pallets that I have really splurged on! Always thought they were the same as drugstore so why spend so much. Boy was I wrong! I have seen color pop eyeshadows from Facebook makeup videos. I love these eyeshadows! And honestly not as expensive as a lot of other brands! I feel like it took awhile to get my order though and with little updates.

I love the eyeshadow palettes! But if your ordering lip products be warned that none of the products match the colors on the website.

I absolutely love colourpops products! I wish the out of stock products were restocked more often. It would be wonderful if there was an Australian dollars currency conversion on the website or somewhere that sold colourpop in Australia. The Disney collection is my absolute favorite.

I enjoy the products from Colourpop. They are pigmented, colorful and priced nicely. The only thing I find annoying is that they discontinue products and introduce new products too quickly. I don't have time to enjoy or even buy what I wanted because it sells out quickly and they take forever to restock or they just stop selling it. My fave product was the ultra Satin liquid lip but they dont sell them any more. It was one of the first products they came out with. Instead they give us these lux product which are not as good. I've tried them.i I didn't even want to purchase from them anymore cause they didn't have it. Thank God they still have super shock shadows. So as a customer I love the brand they just need to keep the original products as a staple for us original buyers.

I don't give it 5 stars because the Glitter eyeshadows in the Mulan Palette could be a little bit more pigmented. But other than that, the other eyeshadows are great, the lip gloss and lip pencil blew my mind. The SOL glow oil was AMAZING
