Rating the website- it’s terrible. I found it very difficult to shop on my phone. They should have more swatch photos on different skin tones like they did before. Having one photo of the product only does not help. It was also hard to search by color, and when clicking categories not everything in that category (ex. Blush) showed up. They should also give you the ability to view all of the product colors from a single page vs having to view every swatch on a different page. Pretty disappointed in this shopping experience.

Unable to cancel my order is disappointing. My daughter purchases from this site and I wanted to surprise her with a Frozen II collection and as soon as I purchased, she sent me a text that she just purchased the same collection. I was going to cancel my order - and it says unable to cancel. Shameful,

When I opened my envelope my boxes were opened and damaged. Then 3 of my gloss wands had several hairs sticking out.

I placed an order 10 days ago, and it still shows as pending. It came out of my bank account the very same day. I have emailed customer service 3 times. First they provided me with a tracking number to a previous order. 3nd time they stated my order included high demand products, which it does not. Seemed like an automated response to me. And this last time, I have heard nothing back. Checked the website and it is still pending. It hadn't even processed yet. I'd just like to know what is going on here with this order. I placed it 10 days ago and some of the items were a gift that I will not be recieving now, if at all. The ONLY reason I gave it 2 stars is because I have placed 2 prior orders and recieved them within a week. So...for this order to take almost 2 weeks to even process is beyond confusing. Never again!! Bad poor customer service. Just get it taken care of already. .

I didn’t receive my shipment yet! It’s more than 23 days now, I ordered 27 Oct and today is 18 Nov and no news about the shipment. Very upset

Nothing bad about the product but the first time i ordered over a $150 worth of product and didn’t receive it. Then i emailed about it and they said talk to the post office about it and it was a long back and forth that i just gave up on the package.

3 of the 4 products I bought were very disappointing. The foundation stick does not blend into the skin, it just sits on top and looks like a mask, not to mention it transfers on to anything I accidentally brush against. The primer was supposed to be mattifying, but it just made my face more oily. The eye liner transferred under my eyes within an hour of having it on. I would return the products if it weren't such a pain, still might.

I don't know the order cancelled reasons. I had bought colourpop lots of times. But when I tried to buy in China. It failed. That's fine. But even half a month, I still didn't get the money back because of the order cancelled. I don't know what happened.
