I ordered some things and they took a little time to arrive but everything is in perfect condition, the colors of my palette are very beautiful and they blur like a dream, I don't like that the palettes do not have mirror but they are very good so it's fine

The products are nice but your always out of the eyeliner packs and that’s what I’ve been trying to get

Products were great as always! I love everything from colourpop! I just had a problem with my order not arriving on time, since these items were gifts. I also attempted to contact customer service, and I didn't have anyone from customer service contact me about said order, until after it shipped.

The delivery took about a month but once the palettes arrived I fell in love with them. The price to quality ratio is amazing!

Great products, very efficient customer service, but there is room to improve processing time.

My products themselves are fabulous! hands down the best eyeshadow. But it did take a while to get my items shipped from when i originally ordered them. Also, the availabilty on the website is poor. Items always out of stock and seem to never be replenished.
