Online color descriptions are vague and delivered products do not often align. There should be sample offers to help with this. Not accepting returns at all is extremely discouraging especially considering they do not offer samples to help with color matching. When interacting with customer service, I did not feel they went above and beyond to help me. I was disappointed by their lack of care in my questions and needs. The products are just good enough for the price sold for.

Love the makeup, but customer service and time it takes to get a package is ridiculous!

Recently purchased the just a tint lip crayons and the scent used was so overwhelming I unfortunately had to give them away but the colors were beautiful and they were so creamy so I really wish they were unscented. They gave me such a bad headache I had to give them a 3 also I should mention they don’t have a return policy which is not ideal because not everything they carry cannot be purchased in an Ulta.

It seems like the kit has all the right colors, but eye shadows are not pigmented enough and the lipstick runs beyond the lips of not reinforced with powder or other lipstick.

The products were in good but not perfect shape and the lipstick collection I got is actually off in color compared to promotional photos. And the formulas might be off since my matte wasn't matte, and they had sweat quite a bit effecting the texture as the products went on my lips. The shipping was fast and I really appreciate how in the loop I was regarding it.

L'unico problema è che quando faccio un ordine da colourpop mi devo mettere l'anima in pace che prima di un mese non arriva il pacco e quando arriva è sicuramente stato bloccato dalla dogana e devo pagare delle tasse. Quindi volevo chiedervi ,non c'è un modo per non far bloccare i pacchi in dogana e così di conseguenza arrivano prima?su molti altri siti america su cui ordino le cose le tempistiche sono migliori e il pagamento delle tasse non avviene proprio. Potreste per favore migliorare gli invii verso l'europa?
