I ordered products 25 days ago and they have yet to be shipped, much less arrived. I recieved one email letting me know about the delay but that was almost 2 weeks ago. I'm honestly disappointed in this because I wanted to bring the products on a trip which has now already happened.

I placed a large order a few weeks after the Bye Bye Birdie collection came out. It was perfect for my wedding because it perfectly matched my colors and theme. However when I recieved my order, one of the eyeshadows pans was cracked in an odd way - it was cracked around the circumference of the pan and through the top layer so the first 1/3 of eyeshadow was completely loose and on the verge of falling out. I sent photos in an email asking if I could ship it back for an undamaged palette. I was told no, I could receive NO replacement because it "didn't look damaged" according to the rep. So I asked if I could send more photos to try and show was I was talking about. I was then told that I could send more photos OR I could ship it back for a replacement at my own cost. I was annoyed with this because that's what I had asked to do in the first place. I sent more photos where the crack is obvious, especially around the upper left section of the pan. I was told once again that I could not have a replacement and that I could ship it back out of my own pocket. I checked and realized it would cost me almost half the value of the palette to ship it back. At that point I could've bought a similar one at Ulta and not gone through all this hassle just to end up with a broken product and a bad taste in my mouth. I'm especially upset because I planned to travel with this palette for my wedding, and now I have to either take a different palette, knock the loose shadow out and lose 1/3 of the product, or leave it and pray it doesn't break completely on my wedding day and ruin my white dress. All in all a very upsetting experience. Giving two stars because while the CS was abysmal, the products I have been able to use are actually wonderful. I got the deep plum eyeliner/mascara set because it's my wedding color and I absolutely love it! The Smoke show palette is beautiful and blends so well. And I really loved the uniqueness of the jelly eyeshadows. I had plans to purchase a few sets of the deep plum eyeliner/mascara, the jelly eyeshadows and Bye Bye Birdie palettes for my bridesmaids but I think I'll go to Ulta instead.

Ordered a lip gloss, 2 mascaras, and an eyeshadow palette. I LOVE the gloss. Perfect color for fall. The mascaras are a disaster. No color pay off whatsoever and they flake off so easily. The palette is okay, but i expected the colors to be darker.
