Product never received. Ordered it back in May.

Palettes came broken

I have not received my product. It’s been over a month, I have contacted customer service “only by email” no number to call, and it has not been resolved. If I can’t get my order delivered then I would like my money back. I still don’t have a response. I will never purchase colourpop products again, but from a retail store nor from their website.

Products received were dried up and unusable. 14 out of 15 of the creme eyeliner pots were hard as a rock because the lids were not screwed on. After emailing asking to fix the problem and sending pictures of the dried up make up they told me nothing was wrong. Their customer service is terrible. How can they tell me creme eyeliner that is rock hard is usable? I even sent picture proof. I’ll never purchase from them again and I warn people all the time to save their money and not buy from colourpop.
