I love everything about them but it did take a little while for them to ship. Other than that I love their makeup and skincare.

The website was incredible, being able to select my own shades for my palette was so much fun! However, I received an email saying one of the shades I had chosen was not available anymore and so they removed it from my order and refunded it and then dispatched my order without giving me the option of choosing another shade. However, the product itself is magnificent. The glitters are FABULOUS, 10/10 for the palette, 6/10 for customer service.

Colourpop has been my go to online shopping store during the pandemic. They have lots of cool make up tools and body care items that help keep me busy and fresh during quarantine! The only think i didnt like was the sale they were having, ‘spend 30$ to get a make up bag’ i thought there would be one or two make up items in the bag as well and when i got my package, there wasnt any :( now that mightve been a mistake on my part. There mightve been some fine ass print that said nothing comes w it but i was still sad to open it :(

This a very affordable makeup line and the product is great.

I loved the product, but the attention team isn't really that attentive, that's all.

I seriously enjoy Colourpop A LOT. Mum bought the Coconut palette and I got the Coral palette and we've enjoyed them immensely and love the colours. I think Colourpop has some great designers on their team. Which is partly why I wish there was more effort to create products for women with darker skin tones. While colourpop palettes work for my light skin, plenty of black people I watch on Youtube had complained that the shadows don't show up or look awful on their eyelids. I feel like Colourpop has the capability of creating products for everyone, not just people with my skin colour. I believe Colourpop can do it.

One or two colors were nearly destroyed in shipping, but I was exepting it. Very good pigment, dashing glitter and lovely package. I'm happy. :)

The eye shadows were scratched on the outside as if they were old or for demonstration. The shine for the skin was fine. Very nice colors. Thanks
